Fun bar and good food. Often crowded plan on a wait. Not many alternatives in Gaffney. No alcohol on Sunday!
Ordered curbside for specific time, staff was very nice however it took 30 minutes to get order. Got home and missing 2 products in order. Called spoke with manager and she issued me store credit, gift card, mailed to my home. Very nice, mistakes happen. Food was delicious. Will try again. Gods peace.
Had a great dinner at Outbacks. This was on a Sunday, after church. For salad, I had the blue cheese wedge, and Roger had a dinner salad with his. . My husband had salmon with bacon and I had surf & turf Lobster and Sirloin steak. . It was great, and we'll go back soon. We also had the bloomin onion, which we got for free since it wasn't brought out before our dinner. Service was fast and friendly and they were super busy
Today is my birthday and I wanted to go to Outback at Gaffney SC with my family. We called ahead and set up 5:00 pm for our group of 5 people. They seated us when we arrived and that's when the trouble started. We placed our drink order and the food order at the same time. When our server brought the drinks out he spilled Emmy diet coke all over the bread. Accidents happen so he said he would bring back more bread and my drink. He returned with a drink which I tried and found it was not diet or a coke. He said he was sorry and went back to correct it. He returned with a new drink which I tried and found it was the diet. Before we could ask about the bread he left and didn't return for a long time. Another server brought out some salads which were not what we had ordered. Only mine was right but we did not have any silverware to eat with. This server said she would get them correct and return with them and silverware for us. At this time we have been here for at least 30 minutes after we had placed our order. At this time I asked another server from the table to get the manager and she said she would get him. He came to the table and we told him that we were still missing 3 salads and our bread and the silverware. He said he was sorry for our problems and he would correct it promptly. He left and another person brought out the missing salads and he returned with the silverware still no bread we had to ask again for it. We thought things would be better now that the manager was involved. Not so our food came out and out of the 5 orders none were correct. Everything was all mixed up things we had not ordered mixed in with things we had. This was so mixed up they took it all back to the kitchen. Shortly they brought back the same plates and said that the manager was getting the missing items ready and we could just have the extra item's for free. Well they brought out the missing food items and we continued to eat what we had been brought because it was apparent that we were not going to get this straightened out. No one came back to the table to refill the drinks or check on us. Finally our waiter came back and ask how to split the bill. We told him and he left we expected the manager to return with the checks but not so. The waiter returned with the checks and laid them on the table and left. We looked over the bill and found that we had been charged for all the items that we hadn't ordered. We ask for the manager again and showed it to him and he took them back and corrected them to show what we had ordered. When he brought them back we found that even though we had all this trouble and had been there over one and a half hours after being seated there was not any discount or apology. We did not expect to get the food free but after all this trouble I will not be back to this Outback at Gaffney SC.
Great food (had 9 ounce steak medium, just perfect), good service. Had a meal with friends before shopping. All were happy. Even manager came by to make sure we're all right.
