Got my brakes done here and went in a couple of monther later for a full check on the car and they tell me I needed new brakes. I told them that they did my brakes a couple of months ago and they say ok must of been bad parts and it'll be just $100 for labor. $100 for you to fix what you were suppose to fix prior. Someone doesn't honor their work or parts. They also told me when i got the brakes done originally that the the pads had a lifetime warranty and then told me it was changed to a 1 year warranty when they wanted to fix them for the $100. Untrustworthy at best.
Expect a wait. Not enough seating. My family and I had to sit on the floor. Gentleman at the counter was very nice. So the customer service was pretty good. Didn't like the wait time however.
I went there on 2/23/17 & had tire rods (that I had purchased) put on my car, they were supposed to rotate & balance my tires & check my air pressure, which I paid for & they didn't. While we were on our way out of town going down the highway my car & steering wheel was vibrating something awful. When we reached our destination we went to Firestone & had them check my tires, to find out they we're never balanced & there was weights all along the inside of my tires, I called Meineke they told me when I got back to town to bring receipts & they would refund my money. When I got back to town, they told me they couldn't refund my money that they could give me a free oil change & I told them I don't want the oil change, I want my money that they would no longer get my business. He said he couldn't help me, the only thing he could do is the free oil change, so I got the number for the Corporate Office (which the man at the front desk gave me the wrong number) called them now I'm waiting on a call back. Meineke used to be awesome but I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone any longer until they get real professionals that know what they're doing in the back.
2hrs before they close and 2 ppl inside and they can't take anymore oil changes!?!? Bad service!!!
Got an alignment on my car ($158) and for some reason I left with a messed up steering wheel. Return 2 months later to get the recommended repair for the wheel bearing ($329) and leave with my car in worse shape making all kinds of noises. Already pissed didn't care about any other recommended repairs but the employee was kind enough to try and scare me that my steering is going to fail if I even drive it. So I ended up having to take it to a family shop the same day the bearing was replaced and they had to repair everything Meineke did wrong. On top of the the bearing I had replaced 3 hours before wasn't even inserted properly and was coming apart. Do not recommend it to anyone and have no interest in contacting anyone about any free oil changes. Just going to advise and count it as a loss. Never going back.
