Thanks to Wendy at Brooks Brothers in Gaffney, N. C., my son was saved from an embarrassing situation as he owns an engraving and trophy shop. He had four cufflinks to engrave for a wedding, and the very last one was messed up due to a machine error. The Charlotte store found out the same cufflink was in the Gaffney store and to save me from driving that far to get the replacement. The picky groom said they had to be exactly like the other ones and I could not find any at Southpark. Thanks to Wendy for searching for them and said she would mail them to me. They came in two days. She was very nice and understanding as was the clerk in the Charlotte store that went out of his way to locate them. Thanks to all.
