Delivered on time and the flowers were fresh but I was very disappointed in the arrangement. There were no water tubes for the roses and they weren't arranged; just layered, the fern then roses and the baby breath laid on top. Then wrapped in plain brown package wrapping and tied with a small piece of ribbon tied in a knot; no bow. I was very specific that these would be presented at my daughters graduation...embarrassing to give in brown paper. I wouldn't use this florist again.
Great service, flowers lasted, and they went above and beyond to make the arrangement what I wanted. I would reccomend them and will use them again.
I called at 4 pm today knowing they were closing at 5 pm. Laura answered the phone and she was THE sweetest woman, and helped me right away. She went above and beyond, communicated very well, I felt like I could depend on her, I trusted her with my order and she even delivered it. BUY FROM THEM!!! They are awesome and you will NOT be let down :)
