I see a few negative reviews on here but it's clear that most satisfied customers just don't leave a positive review while most *all* dissatisfied customers run to the web immediately to vent. Take it for what it's worth.
Excellent food and even better service. We drove down from NC to this Olive Garden today. Jillian was an exceptional server, the food was excellent, and the prices were in line with reasonable expectations. We've eaten here numerous times over the years and it's consistently good.
Came in and got seated in a booth that had food all over the floor. Staff had to wipe table from the last party. We waited at least 15 minutes for a server to greet us and nobody came. People two booths down were seated after us and were greeted in the time that we were waiting. There was no wait to get in and they were maybe 75% full looking at the tables. We got up and left letting the front staff know how long we waited. We will not return to this location, we will drive to the Spartanburg location from now on.
The food was good , but our waitress was not into it. Very slow , we did all the passing of plates. We said we wanted dessert and she said well let me know. We had to order with the computer. Then it took forever for us to get our dessert. Our check came and went so fast it was unbelievable. We had to box up our own food. We had to ask for a bag to put.it in. Everyone had leftovers and she asked.if one.box was enough.
Wanted a good soup and salad but the zuppa tuscana was horrible and my daughters egglant parmasean was still frozen. Staff is decent but kitchen needs alot of help.
