Wonderful customer service. We reserved a car a week in advance (not online, but by calling the store) and we were in and out in under twenty mins. Staff was super friendly. Car was clean with no issues.
I have rented a car from enterprise for over 3yrs now.I never had a problem with the staff always friendly & they always accomdate my neeeds..I feel entsrprise should offer better discounts for regular customsrs..

Enterprise Rent-A-Car is a decent place to rent a car. Prices are a little high but you can depend on the car. They have pretty good employees as well.
Outraged. My husband and I reserved a car, and received an estimated cost several days ago. Having not been told about the deposit, we had not immediately budgeted for that and changed our reservation for the following morning to reflect that. In the morning, having had enough time to get the funds for the deposit, our reservation had been given away just after open of business because it was assumed that we would not come up with the money. We were told another reservation should be available around ten or eleven. A minor, but vital setback. Needless to say, there was no car ready at 10 or 11, or at 12 or 1, or 2 or now. Because it was assumed we were too poor to find the extra money in just a few hours. Let's get something straight, the deposit was not mentioned on the website or during the quote [our first time renting], and yes, we are a working class family with a tight budget, so no, pardon me for not having a spare two hundred dollars floating around. Secondly, the reservation was supposed to be changed by the associate to reflect the situation. Our own car is reliable but not at all gas efficient for the trip, and taking a plane for three people round trip isn't terribly cheap. This situation was an emergency. My husband's grandmother, with whom he is very close, has been fading, and toward the end she was kept going by the thought of seeing her three year old great-grand daughter and her grown grandson one more time. His mother is left caring for her alone. Now, even if we were to get a car RIGHT THIS minute, we would still not make it in time. She's no longer eating or speaking, and only seems vaguely aware of the people around her. We would have been over halfway there by now had protocol been followed. One of the employees was very kind and sympathetic, but the other, a 25-35ish looking woman whose name I will be finding out shortly is solely to blame for incompetently handling an emergency situation. He'll be flying out in the morning with a plane ticket that our extended family generously donated to us, but his grandmother will only have pictures and a voice over the phone she can't hold to tell her goodbye. Thanks, guys.
