I had a great experience with Hertz. The rates are great.
The rental place was nice an courtesy. But they didn't have the car that I had reserved a month in advance. I reserved a mid size car an had to settle for a compact car. Didn't like that at all. An still paid the normal rate for the compact car. Didn't even get a discount.
