I was highly disappointed at the poor service. I was treated very rudely him and like my children with me were inconveniences. I will not be visiting this store anymore.

I enjoy coming here every chance I get, who doesn't love a Pottery Barn outlet! The 4 star out of 5 rating is because of two things 1- the store is not set up to navigate with a cart or stroller very well and 2- the prices are still fairly high for an outlet. I usually have to dig for a deal and bring my rewards coupons!
This Pottery Barn Outlet (along with House of Cards) is the only reason I know that Gaffney, SC even exists. If you don't mind a little scratch and some huge savings on quality furniture, this is the place to visit.
