Food was lukewarm. Very small portions with very large price. Tough steak!!!! Won’t be back.
The food was great but the waitress added a 7 dollar tip to credit card without permission
If you are in Gaffney SC and you are hungry do not go to Applebee's . The worst dinning experience my family has ever had. Waited for 45 minutes for our drinks were told they were short a server. Then it took 30 minutes to get half of our food. We were told that another server took our food for another customer and they were fixing fresh food for us. The server told me to be carefull because my ribs were hot when I took a bite they were room temperature at best.After the "manager " told me she would take care of the check we received a bill for the whole amount. No one came to our table for 20 minutes after we got the bill. The server told us the issue was that they did not have any cook. How many times do you have to lie to cover up the last one. Then that sent a large guy to try to intimidate me. He said he was helping me . Two and a half hours of pure madness.
I Waited forever to be seated and the place was not busy. The food is great, the lighting is light and a warm feeling to the place.
Came here to have supper with 3 people. I ordered a steak and wife and daughter ordered 2 for $20 meal. After 15 minute's wife and daughter got their meal. Waited 5 more minutes and ask about mine 10 minute's later the waitress came back and told me that mine got kicked out of the system, what Ever that means. I did not eat anything. We also ask for refills 3 times and no refills yet. Will not be back to this location. Worst vibe I've ever had at a restaurant. It was like everyone here hated their job. What made it so bad is there were only about 20 customers in the whole restaurant.
