Why is there always a construction cone in blocking drive thru . I don't have time to come in early in the morning and look for the cashier because they're off in the back
If your gonna offer 24hr service make sure your employees dont behave like they have been awake all day and they are making you a favor by tending to your order
I had a terrible experience at the subway accross the street (went hungry, left hungry)... But then I decided to go back to the Arby's at the pilot and Everything went from crazy bad to Happy and satisfied. The manager on duty was awesome.. best customer service I've received in a Long time .. 6/2 round 630-7 pm ... Washed clothes showed up was a great overall experience... Also can't forget the young dude doing the mantinece was always busy and helpful - hardest worker I've seen in a while thanks y'all for the great hospitality -
I visited the Arby’s on my way home to gaffney from Spartanburg regional after a ct scan and I visit Spartanburg a few times a month but to go into a Arby’s/pilot where the woman at the cashiers take order was ABSOLUTELY RUDE...I said hello in a friendly voice after speaking with a employee when I walked in about their games they have and then to be insulted with NO verbal responses from her and absolutely NO politeness in her attitude or voice I refuse to eat at my favorite restaurant and favorite Roast Beef sandwiches in the US but this experience has left me wanting......please thank the young lady for my experience for I won’t be back!!! I give it one star for the sandwich.....
Tired of walking in and seeing roaches on the tables or on the counter or in lights above the food they are going to make some one really sick if not kill someone
